A new video is released every week for you, so you won't necessarily be able to go to the next video. If you have been notified a new video is available to you and you can't get access to it, it may because of the action of your browser.
Sometimes your browser stores information and reuses it rather than updating it and you don't receive updated data. Often just refreshing your cache will remedy this. Here's how to do this. http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
Sometimes extensions or your settings can block content as well. You can also try opening your browser in a private window (e.g. Chrome's Incognito Mode, or Firefox's Private Window). This opens a fresh browser window without any extensions or settings blocking your content.
You can also try another browser. If you are not having trouble on another browser, reinstall your original browser.
It may also be the phone or tablet you are using so you could try accessing the site on another device.
